NASPO is proud to be one of the founding partners of the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC), the widely recognized certifying entity for public procurement employees.

For more than 35 years, NASPO has encouraged state procurement professionals to seek certification and actively supports UPPCC’s mission.

UPPCC offers two premier certifications for public procurement professionals.
